What is Cogent Mobile vCRM?
Cogent Mobile introduces the first of its kind Voice CRM (vCRM) mobile application. Cogent vCRM allows users to voice command and control their CRM using their smartphone and tablet devices. Created specifically for on-the-go field sales and service professionals, users can now access and update their CRM in a timely and efficient manner. Cogent vCRM is an interactive, virtual private assistant that makes on-the-go CRM use easier than ever before.

Cogent vCRM is currently available for use with Salesforce.com and supported on iPhone and iPad. Future releases will support a wider range of leading enterprise CRM applications and be available for all major smartphone devices.
